Over The Hill Ceramics

hey everyone
i felt that i needed to say this.having had my own shop and poured and sold and made and sold,i understand the importance of pouring well,cleaning nice seams and putting my customers first.when i joined this group,i thought it would be just to hear the talk and to see what was new and what was going around.after a couple of friends made a request for a few things,so i got on and started to chase things down. a couple of the folks on here were nice enough to have what i needed and we did business.but when someone goes out of thier way to get you what you want and the quality is so out standing well i just feel that they need praise for it.
rosemary, at over the hill ceramics is such a person,i have ordered about 3 times from her now,and the quality of her work is marvelous,she has been so very professional and worked with my goofy self when i forget what i am doing.in this day and age when there are so many companies that are not being the best they could be and customer service is less than needed it is great to see one that still cares.
so rosemary here is to you thank you so much for taking such good care of me,i am looking forward to a long business association.
